Who is Day One Realty Solutions LLC

We are a Real Estate Company registered in in the State of California and Nevada, with our headquarters in California. We buy and sell Real Estate nationwide. Our primary focus is on California, Nevada, and Mississippi.

Where do you purchase your properties?

We buy our properties from the Secretary of state’s auctions. They are purchased in bulk, and we pass on that savings to you. We negotiate to waive all backed taxes, liens, and mortgage on the property. You will own the property outright upon payment in full.

What is your guarantee?

We guarantee no mortgage, tax lien and backed taxes against the property. Upon payment in full, we will do all the recording and closing of the property. We will provide a quitclaim deed from Chancery Clerk/Land Records of the respective county.

Why do you only offer quitclaim deeds?

1. We offer warranty deed for properties that have assessed value of more than $20,000 and quitclaim deeds for properties below $20,000. It is safe to purchase our quitclaim deeds because all our properties are from the Secretary of State which means that it is a guarantee that the deed is free from liens, backed taxes and mortgage.

How does seller financing work?

All our properties require a minimum down payment of $1500 and the balance will be divided into twelve months. There will be no credit check needed and no interest on payments for 12 months. You have an option to increase your down payment to lower your monthly payments.

How often do you have new properties and how do I get informed?

We have new properties every week. Get informed by sending us a message to be added on our email list. You can also tell us what counties and state you invest in, and we will contact you once we have properties in that area.
